ProShell™: High-Performance 2L, 2.5L & 3L Mono-Material Laminates

ProShell™ by Kae Hwa Industrial delivers advanced 2-layer (2L), 2.5-layer (2.5L), and 3-layer (3L) technical laminates engineered for extreme outdoor environments. Designed around mono-material and polymer-compatible constructions, the series combines microporous PP membranes with PP woven fabrics, monolithic TPEE membranes with polyester face and backing fabrics, or monolithic Nylon membranes with Nylon textiles. These unified structures reduce mixed-material complexity and support more efficient end-of-life recovery while maintaining high hydrostatic resistance, wind protection, moisture-vapor transmission, and garment durability.
