Kae Hwa’s FunPack™ series covers three functional packaging laminates: PackDry™ for desiccant, dehumidifier and deodorizing packs; AromaFlow™ for fragrance and aroma sachets; and ThermoBreathe™ for air-activated heat packs, hand warmers and steam eye masks.
Each laminate combines a nonwoven outer layer with a breathable microporous membrane. The micropores let moisture vapor, fragrance molecules or air pass through, while liquid, powder and internal residue stay sealed inside the pack.
Yes. Permeability is engineered to the application: vapor intake is matched to the absorption behavior of a desiccant (PackDry™), diffusion rate to the fragrance formulation (AromaFlow™), and air intake to the target activation speed and heating duration of a heat pack (ThermoBreathe™).
Yes. FunPack™ laminates are designed for thermal and ultrasonic sealing and stable cutting, filling and sealing on converting lines. They are supplied in roll or pre-cut formats with customizable basis weight and width.
Yes. The nonwoven surface supports logos, product instructions, warning information and decorative graphics, including custom color printing for fragrance sachets.
