2. Manufacturing Technology

Can the PE film be printed for branding or packaging use, and does printing affect the waterproof capability?

Yes. At Kae Hwa Industrial, our functional PE films support high-resolution 4-color printing for branding and visual identity. Our specialized in-line printing technology ensures that the application of ink does not obstruct the microporous structure or compromise the material’s waterproof integrity and moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR).

Advanced Technical Branding

We utilize integrated rotary and inline printing systems specifically designed for low-surface-energy breathable films:

  • Superior Adhesion: Achieves excellent color fastness on PE and TPEE films without the risk of ink smearing during high-speed converting.
  • Performance Retention: Our specialized inks and curing methods ensure that the film’s essential hydrostatic resistance and breathability remain unchanged.
  • Cost-Efficient Integration: By printing in-line during the manufacturing process, we provide a streamlined solution for high-volume hygiene and medical packaging.

Branding Solutions: From vibrant logos on diaper backsheets to essential safety labeling on medical fabrics, we bridge the gap between design and protection. Explore our Printing Technology details or browse our material catalog.
