ProShell™ TPEE by Kae Hwa Industrial is a high-performance 2-layer, 2.5-layer, and 3-layer laminate system developed for premium outdoor apparel exposed to rain, wind, physical movement, and changing mountain conditions. At the center of the structure is a soft monolithic TPEE membrane that blocks external liquid water while transferring internally generated moisture vapor through hydrophilic molecular diffusion. Unlike microporous membranes, it does not depend on physical pores, enabling a smooth, flexible, and quiet material response during movement. By combining the TPEE membrane with polyester or recycled-polyester face and backing fabrics, ProShell™ TPEE also supports a more unified polyester-family laminate architecture—reducing mixed-material complexity without compromising waterproof protection, comfort, or durability.
